Tucker Y. Phillips’ practice focuses on civil defense of public and private entities, including general negligence, premises and personal injury liability, civil rights, labor and employment, and more. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Phillips gained practice experience in several additional areas of law, including insurance coverage, real estate litigation, and business transactions. Mr. Phillips has successfully represented clients in all aspects of litigation through Southern California state courts, passionately advocating for his clients and developing creative solutions in furtherance of resolution.
Mr. Phillips graduated from Chapman University Fowler School of Law in 2020 and was admitted to the state bar following the October 2020 examination. Prior to law school, Mr. Phillips attended Hillsdale College in Michigan where he was heavily involved in the musical arts, sitting as Principal Cellist for the Hillsdale College Symphony Orchestra for the majority of his studies.
In his free time, Mr. Phillips enjoys downhill skiing, sporting events, and road trips.
