Hylton & Associates, PC is a full-service civil litigation firm founded in 2022 by Courtney L. Hylton, who spent more than 20 years at a mid-size public entity and insurance defense firm before starting her own practice. Ms. Hylton set out to build an effective, efficient firm centered on its clients.

We represent private and public entities throughout Southern California, including K-12 school districts and community college districts, in personal injury, premises liability, and employment matters.
