Brook Carroll has represented employers and business stakeholders for more than two decades and uses his experience to help clients navigate the complexities of being an employer in California’s challenging legal environment. With over a dozen trials and dozens more mediations as lead counsel, Mr. Carroll provides real world trusted advice and guides clients through the litigation process to minimize risk and achieve his clients’ goals. Mr. Carroll also advises business owners in connection with commercial leases, property acquisitions and sales, and other real estate and business matters.
Mr. Carroll spent his childhood on an avocado and citrus ranch in Fillmore, California, where he learned the ins and outs of hands-on organic farming and caring for horses, goats, chickens, and lots of dogs. When not in the courtroom, Mr. Carroll enjoys family time with his wife, two children and their Staffie and Frenchie.
