Rosemary Do is an experienced litigator, representing public and private entities in a variety of civil litigation cases, including personal injury, premises liability, trucking/transportation, product liability, and wrongful death matters.
Ms. Do has been a member of the California State Bar since 2008. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern Law School and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California San Diego.
Ms. Do’s practice encompasses all phases of civil litigation, including pre-litigation investigations, responding to complaints; preparing and responding to discovery; drafting and arguing motions (discovery, dispositive, and pre-trial motions); taking and defending depositions; mediating and negotiating settlements; trial preparation; trial; preparing post-trial motions; and appellate briefing in state and federal appellate courts.
Ms. Do has had exceptional success in disposing of cases by way of motions for summary judgment and motions to dismiss in state and federal courts, respectively.
While not working, Ms. Do enjoys “all things Disney” with her two daughters, attending pop-culture conventions with her husband, and traveling to tropical destinations.
