Hylton & Associates is a full-service civil litigation firm founded in 2022 by Courtney L. Hylton.  For over 20 years, Ms. Hylton practiced at a mid-size public entity and insurance defense firm.  Ms. Hylton was joined by partners Pancy Lin and Rosemary Do with the goal of creating an effective and efficient client-focused firm.
