Erfan S. Shariat’s practice focuses on civil litigation related to public and private entities, including general negligence, premises and personal injury liability, labor and employment, and appellate issues. Mr. Shariat has successfully represented clients in all aspects of litigation.
Mr. Shariat graduated from Whittier Law School in 2017 and was admitted to the state bar following the July 2017 bar examination. In law school, Mr. Shariat received a concentration in criminal law and made the Dean’s List two times. Before joining the firm, Mr. Shariat gained practice experience in various areas of law, including collections, unlawful detainers, and real estate litigation.
Prior to law school, Mr. Shariat graduated from California State University, Fullerton, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with an emphasis on the Social Sciences.
In his free time, Mr. Shariat enjoys mountain biking, playing and watching basketball, and spending time with his family.
