Civil Rights
Hylton & Associates represents public agencies, government officials, school boards, colleges, universities, and public employees in the defense of civil rights matters.
Our attorneys have handled issues involving the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, Constitutional Law, including claims under the First, Fourth, and Fourteenth Amendments, and civil rights claims under California law.
